First and foremost, our goal at Brackish Marinas is to ensure the presence of a well-rounded team of employees at each marina.  We want that team to have passion for their jobs and the service they provide.  We aim to create a workplace environment where every employee feels valued and supported so they may excel in their individual roles as well as support the entire team.

We believe in investing at each marina from the inside out. Spending time on our internal team and supporting them so they can provide excellent care for each customer. We also believe in restoring and maintaining each marina so it is a congruent experience in all areas of our property.
